The Middle School program focuses on building skills in players in preparation for the Open and Gxrls programs in High School. This program is competitive with other Middle School teams in the region.

Middle school 3

LEARN TO PLAY
CHS Ultimate is offering a 1x per week Learn to Play series for Gxrl and Non-Binary players of all skill
Who – Girls and non-binary players
Where – Floods Hill, South Orange
When – Wednesdays, 4 pm – 6 pm
Skill level – all levels
Ages – grades 5 – 8

Cost – FREE

MIDDLE SCHOOL COMPETITIVE ULTIMATE: 3 consecutive NJ state championships.
All skill levels welcome, but players should join if they are interested in being focused. It’s fun, but we work hard to improve.  Offered by CHS Ultimate

Skill level – all players who want to compete
When – three times a week
Ages – grades 5 – 8

Cost – $200 with scholarships available for any who need them

HOMETOWN ULTIMATE
Hometown Ultimate, offered through Maplewood Rec Department, is a great way to learn Ultimate for middle schoolers  . 1x per week on Sundays through the spring. We recommend this for everyone middle school aged.
Who – co-ed intermural
Where – Maplecrest Park, Maplewood
When – Sundays, 12:45 pm – 3:15 pm from April 7 – Jun 9, 2024
Ages – grades 6 – 8

Cost – $65 Maplewood residents, $85 non-residents
